Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at support@ineffableGoods.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were included with the product.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund or Exchange Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly upon receiving your return.
